This is a way for you to improve your speaking skills, discover new facts about the language and make new friends.  

Our primary aim is to create a welcoming space for Portuguese language learners to express themselves, acquire new knowledge, and build connections in a laid-back online setting.

Recommended speaker level: intermediate up

Duration: 60 minutes

Conversation topics: 

The possibilities are endless. We may explore news, select topics from a list, or delve into participant suggestions. 

Topics can range from:

- Everyday life and news

- Portuguese speaking countries culture and language

- Vocabulary related to specific themes

- Slang, expressions and colloquialisms

- Dilemmas

- Regions where Portuguese is spoken, local customs, culture, language

- Among other things

The topic for the first meeting may be chosen by a randomiser, then we can work together and plan our future meetings.

During each session, you'll have the chance to:

- Express yourself

- Connect with fellow learners

- Engage in lively discussions

- Play games

We ensure a balanced participation by carefully managing the number of attendees, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to speak, listen, and share a smile :)

Important Notes:

- Please note that a minimum of 4 participants is ideal for each session. If this threshold isn't met, the session duration may be slightly shortened.
